As president and CEO of Madison Avenue Support Services, Inc., Gloria manages client and subcontractor relationships, defines project scopes, and implements action plans. She is particularly involved in identifying and acquiring the appropriate resources needed for each client program that we manage, and oversees contract negotiations with those resources.

She specializes in management of complex client and subcontractor relationships, overseeing highly successful programs at M.A.S.S. Inc. for the Social Security Administration, and the Department of State, and the Veterans Administration.

Fatima Disu Reich

Fatima is a proud Army Veteran who holds a B.S in Food Science and a Masters in Nutrition. She is Gloria’s younger sister and is treated as such. In addition, heads our new business capture and proposal development efforts.

She drives M.A.S.S. Inc.’s organizational strategy, implementing cross-functional policies to achieve objectives and advance company goals. She monitors and maintains appropriate staff levels, ensuring that qualified resources are assigned to projects in order to maximize productivity.

Dr. Sikirat I Disu

Dr. Disu is a retired Howard University professor who taught nursing students. As well she is a proud Bison. She hold a Ph.D. from Howard University in Nutrition. She has varied nursing experience both teaching at local Washington D.C. universities and colleges but also working bedside at various nursing homes and hospitals within the WDC Metropolitan area. She also holds a Nursing Home Administrator License in Maryland.

Dr. Disu leads our efforts to identify new business opportunities both on state (Maryland and Washington D.C) and federal level and develop strategic relationships with both existing partners and new organizations. In addition, she helps lead our proposal team in developing proposal strategies, coordinating resources and potential partnerships, and managing the proposal writing and submission process.
